At Gold Coast Counselling and Life Coaching we have over 25 years of experience. We listen to your cares and concerns, and help you with techniques; strategies and skills to use after your session.
I use Google Meet for online sessions. No need to download anything, I send you through a link to your email prior to your session. All you need do is click on the link to join in. It means that you can have access to services even if you are travelling.

When you are ready for your session:
Find a space where you are free to talk openly.
Make sure that there are no others (including children) present.
Be at your computer 10 minutes prior to session.
Have a pen and paper handy in case you'd like to make notes.
Send me a message when you are ready to talk.
